Reiki helps healing of all kinds and relieves pains and acute symptoms very quickly. Reiki can also have a positive effect on emotional problems.

Reflexology Treatment
A powerful foot massage that provides deep relaxation, revitalised energy, stress relief and balance to the energy flows of the body. Long established principles are used to activate the healing powers of the body by using acupressure on the reflex areas of the feet which correspond to specific areas of the body. Includes relaxing foot soak & exfoliation.

Hopi Ear Candles
A very relaxing treatment that can be used to relieve ears, nose & throat related conditions including sinusitis, hay fever, glue ear, tinnitus and regulation of pressure after flying. This includes a Shiatsu & Aromatherapy massage over the pressure points of the face to release blockages.

Indian Head Massage
This treatment relieves eye tension, helps headaches, helps concentration, boosts the immune system and generally creates a sense of well being. Eliminates muscle tension and restores joint movement by stretching and mobilising the tissues of the head, neck and shoulders.

A full aromatic body massage including a facial massage combines the benefits of using specialised massage techniques, along with soothing essential oils to completely relax and restore mind, body and spirit.

Hot Stone Aromatherapy Body Massage
Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy taking massage to a new dimension. Using smooth, heated volcanic stones and aromatherapy essential oils, this massage therapy brings the deepest levels of relaxation. One massage stroke with a warm stone is equivalent to five strokes by hand.
